This service requires the correct Workplace & HR Policies and Procedures to be in place and includes:

  • regular and timely review of HR & workplace procedures in line with legislation and business needs
  • timely review of day-to-day employment issues
  • advice & support on day-to-day activities of a normal HR department
  • opportunity to discuss issues that could escallate if neglected
  • identifying people management training needs for managers / supervisors
